Reliability was acceptable; the single-level alpha was 0.84, and the work-unit-level alpha was .89.
Evidence
Validity Notes
CFA results supported a one-factor structure. The single-level CFA showed acceptable fit, and the multilevel CFA also showed good fit after allowing a residual covariance between Items 4 and 5.
