Validity Notes

CFA results indicated acceptable fit. Composite reliability was .93, AVE was .55, and factor loadings ranged from .63 to .84.

Notes

Additional Notes

In the original scale, items are occupation-specific and refer directly to the respondent’s own field (e.g., “I am passionate about playing my instrument / singing / engaging in my artistic specialty / business / being a manager”). In this Turkish version, the item wording was translated in a more generic form, while still using contextually appropriate work-related expressions.
