Reliability
Internal consistency was .92 for Implicit Positive Affect and .85 for Implicit Negative Affect. One-week and four-week test-retest coefficients ranged from .51 to .75.
Evidence
Validity Notes
Principal components analysis showed a clear two-factor structure. Expected relationships with related constructs were mostly confirmed. Measurement invariance analyses indicated full invariance across student and employee samples.

Additional Notes
The Turkish form used six artificial words selected through a pilot study. The original artificial words were not retained.
