Single-level alpha was .71; multilevel reliability estimates were .60 at the person level and .92 at the work-unit level.
Evidence
Validity Notes
CFA results showed that one item displayed poor psychometric performance and was removed. After this revision, the 6-item version showed very good fit in both single-level and multilevel CFA.
